The abbreviations used herein and their meanings are as follows.

The site you have accessed is operated Astas Technology

undertakes to protect the privacy of the visitors. These data are not disclosed by Astas Technology  to any third party. By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Privacy Agreement. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Agreement and of the Site. By accessing and entering the Site, you consent to be bound by this agreement.

Notwithstanding, Astas Technology cannot guarantee that personal data cannot be intercepted from Astas Technology systems by illegal means; by using the online services of Astas Technology, you accept all risks that may arise, including security vulnerability risk, and associated responsibility.

6. Security of Minors:

Astas Technology does not intend to collect identifiable personal data from individuals under 18 years of age without their parents’ consent. No area of the Site has been designed to attract the interest of minors.

7. Links:

The Site can include links to other websites, whose contents are not monitored by Astas Technology. These linked websites may be subject to different terms and conditions than the privacy terms mentioned herein. Astas Technology will not be responsible for the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data that may be collected by such linked websites. Astas Technology  will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense, direct or indirect, that may arise from any error, interruption, delayed transmission, computer virus, line failure or electrical failure that may occur during the use of the Site. Similarly, when a link is provided from other sites to Astas Technology Site, whether permitted by Astas Technology or not, Astas Technology will have no liability whatsoever due to the uncontrollable nature of such links.

This website is copyrighted to Astas Technology (Astas Technology). Users are granted access to the Site for the purposes of obtaining personal information and carrying out insurance transactions.

Neither any content in written, visual or audio form, nor any design, information, tool or other element accessed on this website may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, modified, supplemented or deleted in any way, in part or in whole, without the written consent of Astas Technology Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi; they may not be used for commercial purposes or cited. Any citations to be made upon getting a written consent must be used in connection with the phrase "Copyright by Astas Technology ".

Care is taken to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up-to-date. However, Astas Technology does not accept any liability for any damages or losses that may result from the inaccuracy of the information on the Site or their use outside of specified purposes.

Individuals carrying out insurance transactions online must provide accurate and complete answers to risk-related and personal questions asked. Otherwise, they agree to lose their rights arising out of the insurance contract. Astas Technology reserves the right to resort to legal action against individuals who intentionally provide incorrect information or withhold risk-related information.

Astas Technology reserves the right to modify the Privacy Agreement at any time, upon identification of rule gaps, if any, or when it becomes necessary to do so in connection with new services introduced by Astas Technology. This Privacy Agreement is subject to variation. Any changes will be posted in this section.
